Fraud Alert: If you receive a phone call from someone claiming to be a member of Marquette's Fraud Department, DO NOT share your password or numeric codes needed to log in to your online banking account.

Bankers do not need your password to assist you with your banking needs. Hang up and report anything suspicious by contacting your local branch.

Unauthorized Transactions

Do you see an Unauthorized Transaction?

Marquette's dispute processing program, Financial Back Office Automation (FINBOA), is a helpful way for customers to notify Marquette when a suspicious or unauthorized activity on your account has been identified.

FINBOA is an easy and secure way to submit the unauthorized activity right away, from the comfort of your home. You can also use FINBOA for Automated Clearing House (ACH) and debit card transaction reporting.

Marquette must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared.
