Determine if you Qualify
- Down Payment 
Single family owner-occupied homes require 3% of the sales price or the appraised value, whichever is less. Two family owner occupied-homes requires 5% of the sales price or the appraised value, whichever is less.

30 Years
 - Income Limits 
The current year Housing & Urban Development (HUD) adjusted income levels for low and moderate income families in the applicable county (verified by Marquette underwriting).
 - Source of Income 
Stable and sustainable source of income (verified by Marquette underwriting).
 - Seller Contribution Limits 
Maximum contribution is 3% of property value.
